Directed to consumers: Within Germany we deliver free of charge, if the order amount incl. tax exceeds 75.00 Euro. However, we reserve the right to subsequently impose the costs if the free shipping limit is exceeded by a later partial revocation. For orders within Germany up to 75.00 Euro we charge 4.40 Euro per order for shipping and handling. The delivery is carried out by a courier service of our choice. Alternatively, at your request you can choose your preferred delivery by DHL, GLS or Hermes. For that we charge 5.90 Euro up to 10 kg and 9.90 Euro from 10 kg.
We reserve the right to partially ship your order due to technical or logistical reasons. If your order gets shipped partially, the shipping costs will only be charged once.
We only deliver to countries within the European Union EU (except Faroe Islands, Greenland, Aland Islands, Mount Athos, UK Channel Islands, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and North Cyprus) and the European Free Trade Association EFTA (except Bouvet island, Svalbard and JanMayen). The goods will be either send via registered mail with the Deutsche Post or via parcel with DHL International. We do not offer free-shipping to countries outside Germany. International shipping costs depend on size and weight of products and is calculated and shown in your virtual shopping cart before you complete your order. Any additional costs and charges that arise from international handling, such as import taxes and duties, will be the responsibility the customer.

We deliver from a minimum order value of 15.00 Euro excluding shipping costs.
The period of delivery time begins when choosing payment in advance on the day after the payment order has been issued to your credit institute or in the case of other forms of payment the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or an official holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be substituted.
As soon as your order is despatched, we will send an order completed confirmation email to you. From this time onwards the delivery time within Germany is 2 to 6 business days to international countries 3 to 10 business days. Business days are Mon-Fri. Excluded are Sat, Sun and holidays. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier service. Each country handles imported parcels and customs clearance differently. Please note that customs holds can lead to additional delays.
The order will either be dispatched from our warehouse, as soon as the complete order is available, or directly from our supplier. You order will be shipped with a courier service or freight carrier of our choice. The goods will generally be delivered Monday to Friday. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Exception: If the shipment is made by German Post or DHL, the delivery usually takes place on Saturdays, too. You are liable for costs and damages arising from the fact that you do not accept the delivery, regardless of the reason for non-acceptance.
If you ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment. In this case the delivery time is determined according to the product with the longest delivery time you ordered.
Please note that the delivery time for personalization requests is extended by 5-8 working days, as these are made especially for you.
Delivery and invoice address do not need to be the same, so you can have your order delivered to for example your work address. Our dispatch department regularly checks the tracking status of all registered mail and parcels. If we see that no delivery has taken place according to the online shipment tracking after 7 days, we automatically initiate an inquiry for lost mail request for you.
We do not deliver to parcel deposits or PO boxes.
Click & Collect/Local Pickup
You are welcome to pick-up your goods personally at Sternentier Pet Cremation in Paderborn. As usual, you place your order online and choose the delivery method “Click & Collect”. Once we have received your payment, we will immediately prepare your order for collection.
You will receive an email as soon as your goods are packed. You can pick-up your order at our office at the Friedrich-List-Str. 8 in 33100 Paderborn Mon-Thu between 10 am and 4 pm/Fri 10 am – 2 pm.

The current item’s availability is always displayed on the product page. If a product ordered by you is not available any longer, we will inform you immediately. In this case, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and to not supply the unavailable item. If you already made the payment, we will of course reimburse your payment promptly.
